Harvesting Value from Your Business is designed to help private business owners understand what steps are necessary for them successfully to sell or transfer their business and get the value they want. The owner will learn the following things:
- How to navigate the exit planning process so the owner gets the value they deserve.
- Alternatives to a third party sale, with advantages and disadvantages of each.
- How to know what value world their business lives in and how to transition the business to a higher value world when it comes time to pass ownership to someone else.
- How to manage their total wealth in an integrated manner that allows them to use all their assets in appropriate and mindful ways.
Our goal is to have each participant leave with take home value that they use immediately. Participants will understand the issues that need to be addressed for long term success in their business and also in their personal life.
